Kashif Brothers is a Lahore-based taurine manufacturer producing natural taurine since 2011. Our main extraction sources include goat bile and ox bile. Along with natural taurine, we also produce bio-based taurine from plant-based material.
Taurine is an amino acid closely connected with bile. It was originally isolated from ox bile in 1827, and its name comes from the Latin word “taurus,” meaning bull. In the body, taurine combines with bile acids produced by the liver to form bile salts.
